Order Processing and Shipping
Please allow for 5-7 business days for orders to ship. The shipping time only starts once items are processed and picked up by USPS, UPS, Federal Express, or another shipping carrier. During times of high order volume, our team may need more time to process orders. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your orders.
Return/Exchange Policy
Our Return/Exchange Policy is only valid for 30 days after you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once a saliva sample is received by Maddie Bio, all sales are final and a refund cannot be offered.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will offer refunds for 30 days after your order is received and paid in full. No need to return the unused kit, it can just be discarded. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, first email [email protected]. One of our customer service representatives will be in contact with you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
When preparing a return shipment of Maddie Bio, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Maddie Bio is not responsible for stolen or lost packages. If a package is lost, stolen, or an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer, Maddie Bio is not responsible for refunding or replacing those items. It is the customer’s responsibility to file any lost or damaged claims with the mail carrier. Maddie Bio is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of the mail carrier.
